The team at The HAY and STRAW Company are dedicated and experienced in supplying quality Stock feeds directly to the farm. Taking the hassle out of your supplement purchases means you can get on with what you do best, eg: running the farm.

With over 25 years of combined experience in the stock feed industry, you can be assured that the Hay and Straw team know what you are wanting out of your supplement purchases.

The HAY and STRAW Company trade in bulk volumes meaning we can pass these savings on to you.

SUPPLIERS: We have a base of growers and contractors who have been in the business of supplying quality products to our clients for a number of years. Updating machinery regularly ensures bales have the correct amount of product and weight for that particular size of the bale.

CARRIERS: We have a team of professional carriers who understand the needs of our clients, who keep in contact and deliver on time. Our products are mostly carried on curtain side trucks and trailers meaning products arrive on the farm in the same condition as when it was baled.

Important note are our products are only supplied in Large Squares or Rounds (No conventionals Bales)

Mark has been owner/operator of The Hay and Straw Company since April 2001, in that time he has successfully built up a strong relationship with farmers all across the North Island and as far as the South. His main role in the company is overseeing sales management, product procurement and logistics.

I have been involved in the dairy industry for 20 years in the UK and New Zealand. Currently milking 460 cows in an equity partnership with my husband Andy and have 2 boys. I am also a hub leader with the Dairy Women's network. I have been with The Hay and Straw Company since late 2019. My role entails sales and client relations. I enjoy talking to like minded people who have made the Agricultural industry their career.
